Happy Tuesday!
Today's blog is a question(s) of the day.
Is there an age that is too young to have sex? What is the cut-off?
Can you ever be "too old" to still be a virgin?
If you REALLY want to be bold, you can tell us the age you lost your virginity and if you feel you were too young, too old, if you wish you had waited or if you wish you had done it sooner...Go!

FIRST BITCHES!!!
With all the STD's, unwanted pregnancies, child abuse, sexual predators, etc etc you can never be TOO OLD to be a virgin. lol
How did I miss this!?
I was 16 and wish I had waited longer. You're never too old to be a virgin, although a 40 year old virgin would get the side eye from me. But you can definitely be too young. Anything under 18 is too young to me knowing what I know now.
I don't want to say how old I was because I was DEFINITELY too young. It was on some molestation type ish with my baby sitter - but I digress.
If you're too young to fully grasp what you're doing, or what is being done to you, then you shouldn't be having sex. Period.
I DO believe you can be too old to be a virgin. If you're over 30, then something is wrong with you - unless it's for religious reasons. Otherwise you're just weird.
I agree, unless sex before marriage goes against your religious beliefs, there's no reason to be a virgin after 25 :)
If you are a woman and are still a virgin at 25 and it's not because of religion, that means you're not very attractive, are a social misfit, missing some teeth or have body odor.
I was 18, which I think is a good age. You're not a child, but you're not an adult either. I wouldn't change a thing.
But I do believe anything under 16 is too young. As for being too old, not sure there's an issue there. Some people just want to wait until they're married, or in love, and I can respect that. For a man, there's more of a stigma if you're say, over 21, and still a virgin. But for a woman, it's a virtuous thing. Yes, I know it's a double standard, but hey, it's the world we live in.
Unfortunately if a man waits til he's married or in love, he's looked at as gay or soft. Your manhood, or your womanhood for that matter, shouldn't be tied to sex. Same applies to young people who feel pressured to have sex before they're ready. Most kids don't understand the fallout that comes with sex, or are not equipped to deal with it. They just want to calm those raging hormones. With STD's and teenage pregnancy out there, kids nowadays need to wait a little longer so that they understand the repercussions of having sex.
Okay, Uncle Jay is off his soapbox for now :)
I was a couple of months shy of my 20th birthday. Mentally, I think I was fixated on NOT being a 20 yr old virgin. Not really sure why that was such a big deal to me then. Knowing what I know now, I would have waited even longer.
It's okay to wait as long as you need to.
